Solution

Backing up Your Email From Outlook

  1. Go to File in the Menu bar
  2. Select Import and Export from the menu list
  3. In the new window that pops up select Export to a file and click next
  4. Then select Personal Folder File (.pst) and click next
  5. Next select your personal folder to export (check the box that says Include subfolders) then click next
  6. Finally use the Browse button to select the location to save your backup
